Text Message Terms
Last updated November 2, 2026
Stores that use Rosetta Connect (for example, Rosetta's Produce Market) can send text messages to their employees and job applicants through Rosetta Connect. These terms apply to those texts.
What you'll get
- Employees: work notifications you choose, such as your schedule, answers to time-off and shift-swap requests, team messages, urgent store messages, and certificate reminders.
- Job applicants: updates about your application.
No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
How you agree
- Employees opt in on My account → Notifications by ticking the consent box and choosing which kinds of messages to get by text.
- Job applicants opt in by ticking the text-message box on the store's online application form.
Agreeing to texts is optional. It isn't a condition of employment or of applying for a job.
How often
Message frequency varies: it depends on your schedule, your requests and messages from your team (for example, a few messages a week).
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping and help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You'll get one confirmation, then no more texts. You can still get email or app notifications.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact support@rosettaconnectapp.com.
- To start again, reply START, or turn texts back on under My account → Notifications.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
